A lecturer Dr. Sahar Adnan Sheet published a joint scientific research in the Pakistan Journal of Agricultural Research.<\/p>\n

The research was titled \u201c
\nLactic acid production from whey using two mixed cultures of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus and a single culture of Lactobacillus plantarum.\u201d<\/p>\n

This scientific achievement reflects the University of Mosul\u2019s continuous efforts to advance scientific research and publish its outputs in reputable international journals.<\/p>\n
