The Environmental Research Center at the University of Mosul organized today a panel discussion titled \u201cUtilizing Industrial Waste to Enhance Environmental Solutions,\u201d delivered by Riyadh Mahmoud Saleh, with the participation of researchers and specialists in environmental fields.<\/p>\n
The discussion addressed the importance of managing industrial waste using modern scientific approaches and transforming it into reusable materials or alternative energy sources, contributing to reducing environmental damage and achieving sustainability. The speaker also reviewed the main types of industrial waste and methods of treatment, including recycling and physical and chemical processing, in addition to presenting successful international experiences in this field.<\/p>\n
