The Art Education Department held an art workshop entitled (Design and Decoration) on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, for third-year students, which included three lectures:
\nThe first is about an introduction to the art of design and book cover design, presented by Dr. Nada Abdel Aziz, the second is about the art of decoration, presented by Eng. Ruwaida Waad Allah, and the third lecture is presented by Eng. Hanadi Salem, about using letters in the art of design.
\nThrough it, he presented some educational methods related to the topics presented. The workshop also included the students\u2019 participation in some discussions and the implementation of artistic works
\nThe most important objectives achieved by the workshop are:
\n1. Developing students\u2019 design skills.
\n2. Developing a positive attitude towards scientific and practical subjects.
\n3. Introducing students to various trends in teaching the subject.
\nIn conclusion, the students expressed their positive impression of the topics presented in terms of providing a new atmosphere and diverse information, which created an incentive towards more artistic achievement.<\/p>\n
