Photographer Anwar Al-Darwish, a member of the Media Department of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Mosul, held a professional photography exhibition in Baghdad from November 28 to December 13, at the French Institute in Baghdad.
\nThe exhibition, which was inaugurated by the French Charg\u00e9 d’Affaires in Baghdad, was titled “A Sharp Eye and a Radiant Mind.” A book documenting the photographs and biography of the artist Anwar Al-Darwish was published on the sidelines of the exhibition, in French and English.
\nThe exhibition and book distribution ceremony were attended by a crowd of artists, those interested in the Iraqi arts and culture scene, and Arab and international media outlets. This event is part of the University of Mosul’s commitment to openness to civil society activities and respected official institutions.<\/p>\n
