The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research issued a ministerial order signed by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, granting the Department of Theater Arts programmatic accreditation as the first department among Iraqi colleges of fine arts.
\nWe extend our warmest congratulations to the University of Mosul, represented by Professor Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, the esteemed President of the University,
\nand to the College of Fine Arts, represented by the Dean of the College, Professor Nashat Mubarak Saliwa, for his continuous and diligent follow-up.
\nWe also congratulate our dear professors and students in the Department of Theater Arts for this great and fruitful effort.
