Within the framework of strengthening scientific and community cooperation, a group of staff and students from the College of Fine Arts at the University of Mosul conducted a scientific visit to the Psychological Support Unit for Autistic Children, affiliated with the Presidency of the University of Mosul, on Monday, December 29, 2025.<\/b><\/p>\n

The administration and staff of the unit warmly welcomed the visiting delegation, providing a comprehensive overview of the unit\u2019s duties, goals, and the care services it offers to this important segment of society. The visit featured scientific discussions and interventions focusing on proposals to activate the role of “Art Therapy” as an effective tool in the therapeutic and rehabilitation journey for children with autism.<\/b><\/p>\n

This initiative comes in alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 16 (SDG 16): Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.<\/b><\/p>\n

At the conclusion of the visit, the delegation expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the unit’s administration and staff for their warm hospitality, praising the valuable information provided and the humanitarian efforts dedicated to serving the community.<\/b><\/p>\n
