Professor Dr. Hamid Ibrahim Al-Rashidi, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Mosul, chaired the ministerial committee tasked with evaluating the establishment of a Master\u2019s degree program in Fine Arts (Painting specialty) at the College of Fine Arts, Wasit University.<\/b><\/p>\n

The chairman and members of the ministerial team conducted a field tour that included practical laboratories, classrooms, and educational facilities to assess the availability of the necessary physical and human resources, as well as the scientific requirements essential for launching the program. This visit comes as part of the Ministry’s efforts to expand the postgraduate studies sector and develop artistic and academic curricula across Iraqi universities.<\/b><\/p>\n
