Professor Dr. Hamid Ibrahim Al-Rashidi, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Mosul, participated in the meeting of the National Council for Programmatic Accreditation for Colleges of Fine and Applied Arts in Iraq today, Sunday, January 18, 2026, hosted at Al-Esra University in Baghdad.<\/p>\n
