Prof. Dr. Hamid Ibrahim Al-Rashidi, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Mosul, chaired the eighth session of the College Council on Sunday, February 1, 2026, in the presence of the council members.<\/p>\n

The attendees discussed a number of key topics, including enhancing the quality of scientific research and encouraging publication in reputable international journals, discussing the study leave plan in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, emphasizing the completion of the requirements for the Student Information System (SIS), as well as discussing the improvement plan, which includes infrastructure development.<\/p>\n
