“Prof. Dr. Hamid Ibrahim Al-Rashidi, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Mosul, chaired the ninth session of the College Council on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, with the attendance of the council members.<\/p>\n

The attendees discussed several topics, including enhancing the quality of scientific research and encouraging publication in reputable international journals, discussing the establishment of a consultancy office in accordance with the Ministry’s requirements, and emphasizing the completion of research to participate in Science Day, in addition to coordinating with the University Presidency regarding conference schedules to align with the work methodology.<\/p>\n
