The seminar aimed to highlight the essential role of women as a core pillar in sustainable development plans, and to explore ways to empower them scientifically and practically to ensure the building of a developed and stable society. It also addressed mechanisms for enhancing leadership opportunities for female academics and employees, shed light on their achievements in facing contemporary challenges, and aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4, 5, and 8.<\/p>\n
