It aims to provide services for English language proficiency testing for individuals who wish to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"442\" data-end=\"550\">\n<li data-start=\"442\" data-end=\"508\">\n<p data-start=\"444\" data-end=\"508\">Enroll in international universities and academic institutions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"550\">\n<p data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"550\">Immigrate to English-speaking countries<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"552\" data-end=\"684\">The center issues official and globally recognized IELTS certificates by the <strong data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"645\">British Council in Iraq<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"686\" data-end=\"689\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"726\"><strong data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"726\">Establishment of the Center<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"728\" data-end=\"1022\">The center was officially inaugurated on <strong data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"788\">October 1, 2023<\/strong>, in accordance with the directives of the <strong data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"893\">Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research<\/strong>, and under a <strong data-start=\"907\" data-end=\"932\">partnership agreement<\/strong> with the <strong data-start=\"942\" data-end=\"961\">British Council<\/strong>, the official and accredited body for IELTS testing in Iraq.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1027\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1054\"><strong data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1054\">Location and Area<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1181\">\n<li data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1133\">\n<p data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1133\"><strong data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1071\">Location:<\/strong> Scientific and Literary Forum Building, University of Mosul<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1181\">\n<p data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1181\"><strong data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1145\">Area:<\/strong> Approximately <strong data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1181\">200 square meters<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1186\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1213\"><strong data-start=\"1192\" data-end=\"1213\">Center Facilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1304\">The center includes <strong data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1265\">seven fully equipped rooms<\/strong> to cover all stages of the IELTS test:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1979\">\n<li data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1450\">\n<p data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1383\"><strong data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1336\">Two large testing halls<\/strong> for Writing, Reading, and Listening modules:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1450\">\n<li data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1414\">\n<p data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1414\">Capacity: 36 seats each<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1418\" data-end=\"1450\">\n<p data-start=\"1420\" data-end=\"1450\">Equipped with modern computers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1452\" data-end=\"1562\">\n<p data-start=\"1455\" data-end=\"1525\"><strong data-start=\"1455\" data-end=\"1473\">One small room<\/strong> for the Speaking test (conducted electronically):<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1529\" data-end=\"1562\">\n<li
