In implementation of the directives of the Honorable President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr.Wahid Al-Ibrahimi, on the necessity of promoting the technical staff and developing their skills as one of the basic pillars for the progress of the university and within the Central Library\u00b4s Resttoration Project smplemented by UNESCO, and in the presence and participation of the Secretary-General of the of the University of Mosul Libraries , a number of Central Library employees participated in the specialized training course tagged ” Advanced course on the Koha system,” for the period from June 16-18, 2025
\nThe course included two main topics:
\nThe first: about the software used in the Koha system, highlighting the auxiliary tools and accompanying digital services.
\nThe second one: A brief overview of the Koha system\u2019s settings and its configuration to fit the needs of the central library.
\nThe course was delivered by Mr. Bahaa Talib Abd\/specialist in library systems
\nThis session considered an important step within the framework of the project to rebuild and modernize the information infrastructure in the library<\/p>\n
