The directives of Prof. Dr. Kossay Al-Ahmady, President, University of Mosul, urge to continue providing the university lecturers and researchers with the latest authenticated scientific academic publications of the international publishing houses. With the start of the new academic year, Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of the Libraries, University of Mosul, is supervising the process of carrying out the yearly IVSL program of holding workshops for the IVSL link members, lecturers and postgraduates in the university colleges and centers.
