Under the patronage and attendance of the President of University of Mosul, Prof Dr Qusay K. Al-Ahmadi, the solidarity stand and the conduct of absentee prayers for the souls of the martyrs of Iraq began at University of Mosul on Sunday 24th January 2021. The stand was attended by members of the University Council and dozens of faculty, staff and students. On the side of the College of Medicine, it was attended by the Dean Prof Dr Basil M. Nathir Saeed, the Administrative Vice- Dean, Assistant Prof Dr Hazim Kh. Al-Allaf, and a number of faculty, staff and students. Everyone expressed their grief for these martyrs whose blood shed on the pure land of Baghdad, and that we will remain one Iraqi body from north to south.<\/p>\n
