The Vice- President of University of Mosul, Prof Dr Munir S. Taha, and the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof Dr Basil M. Nathir Saeed, and the Scientific Vice-Dean visited the college examination committee on Sunday 11th April 2021. The presidency of university was closely informed of the committee’s work pattern especially with regard to the Optical Mark Recognition Technology (known as OMR). It is a software system works on correcting hundreds of answer sheets within 60 – 90 seconds, then extracting results and arranging them according to the alphabet of the names of the examinees, according to the higher or lower grades, or other criteria or options. A technical committee was formed represented by the Assistant Lecturer Firas M. Saeed and Assistant Chief Engineer Hussein N. Salih to supervise this technology and be attached to the examination committee.<\/p>\n
