In attendance were Assist. Prof.\u00a0 Dr. Humam Ghanim Zubeer, Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs (Council Secretary), and Lecturer Karam Turath Tawfeeq Agha, Vice Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, along with the other council members, the heads of scientific departments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">During the meeting, the following issues were discussed:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">General announcements<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Academic promotions<\/span><\/li>\n<li
