Workshop \/ Women’s Affairs Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Basil\u00a0 Saeed, and in implementation of the third national plan for women, security and peace \/ protection and prevention pillar, the Women’s Affairs Committee at the College of Medicine, in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Unit at the University Presidency, held a specialized workshop on women’s health entitled<\/p>\n

“Menstrual Disorders During Fasting”<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, 2025\/3\/4, in the Graduate Studies Hall \/ College of Medicine<\/p>\n

Beneficiary: College members from lecturers and employees in addition to female students<\/p>\n

The workshop aimed to<\/p>\n

– Introduce the health benefits of fasting<\/p>\n

– Educate women about the effect of fasting on the menstrual cycle and the causes of its disorders.<\/p>\n

– Correcting misconceptions about fasting and menstruation from a medical perspective<\/p>\n

– Providing medical advice to deal with disorders and reduce their impact<\/p>\n
