Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmood Al-Ibrahimi<\/strong>, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Humam Ghanem Ibrahim<\/strong>, Dean of the College of Medicine, the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division<\/strong> at the College of Medicine \/ University of Mosul, in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning \u2013 Sustainable Development Unit<\/strong>, organized a workshop on Monday, September 13, 2025<\/strong>, entitled:
\u201cRegulations for Evaluation Files for the Academic Year 2024\u20132025.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The workshop was attended by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Ahmed<\/strong>, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, along with liaison members, faculty members, and staff from various branches, divisions, and units of the college.<\/p>\n

The workshop included three lectures:<\/p>\n

  1. \n

    First Lecture:<\/strong> Regulations for Evaluation Files<\/em> \u2013 Asst. Prof. Dr. Noha Hajim Mohammed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Second Lecture:<\/strong> Presentation of the Latest Amendments to the Evaluation Forms<\/em> \u2013 Asst. Prof. Dr. Kulthoom Hameed Ramadan<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Third Lecture:<\/strong> How to Calculate the Questionnaire<\/em> \u2013 Lecturer Roqaya Zaidan Shaban<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The workshop aimed to clarify the regulations for evaluation files for the academic year 2024\u20132025<\/strong>, explain the sections of Form 35<\/strong> related to medical faculty members, and review the latest amendments made to the administrative faculty form No. 10<\/strong> and the staff evaluation form<\/strong>. It also addressed the method of calculating the student opinion survey<\/strong> regarding instructors.<\/p>\n

    This workshop contributes to achieving Goal 4 (Quality Education)<\/strong> and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions)<\/strong> of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    In cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning \/ Presidency of the University of Mosul \u2013 Sustainable Development Unit.<\/em><\/p>\n
