*Workshop on Time Management and Stress Handling Skills in Professional and Academic Life*<\/p>\n

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Abrhimi, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Humam Ghanem Ibraahim, the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit at the College of Medicine, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit, the Studies and Planning Department-Sustainable Development Unit, and the University Psychological Counseling Division, organized a workshop titled: *”Time Management and Stress Handling Skills in Professional and Academic Life”* on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 11:00 am in the Al-Razi Hall.<\/p>\n

*Objectives:*<\/p>\n

1. To learn how to identify the most important tasks and set clear goals to achieve them
\n2. To develop effective planning skills to ensure task completion without exhaustion or distraction
\n3. To identify time-consuming factors and use them effectively or overcome them
\n4. To accomplish more tasks in less time and improve overall academic performance<\/p>\n

*Target Audience:* Students and staff of the College of Medicine<\/p>\n
