The College of Medicine Council held its nineteenth session on Sunday, August 2, 2026, chaired by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Humam Ghanim Ibraahim Zubair, and in the presence of the Vice Deans for Scientific, Administrative, and Financial Affairs, as well as the esteemed members of the Council.<\/p>\n
The Dean opened the meeting by welcoming the attendees.<\/p>\n
After that, the topics listed on the agenda were discussed. The most important directives from the University Council meetings and the Dean’s directives regarding taking into account the financial crisis the country is going through due to the current situation were presented.<\/p>\n
Then, the Council moved on to discuss the topic of recommending the formation of the Board of Directors of the Consulting and Scientific Center of the College of Medicine, and to discuss other issues listed on the agenda and take appropriate decisions on them.
