The Department of Medicine has started holding student seminars for the sixth stage for the new academic year 2021-2022. On Wednesday, 15th September 2021, the first two seminars were held on the topics of circulatory failure and acute poisoning.<\/p>\n

The first seminar entitled “Approach to a Patient with Acute Circulatory Failure (SHOCK)” was presented under the supervision of Assistant Prof Dr Arwa M. Al-Sarraf. After that, the second seminar entitled “Management of an Acutely Poisoned Patient” was presented under the supervision of the Lecturer Dr Mohamed Ghazi.<\/p>\n

This science activity is part of the academic requirements for sixth-grade students. Among the attendees were the Head of the Department, Prof Dr KhalId N. Al-Kherro, the teaching staff of the department, and the students of the mentioned grade (the medicine group in particular).<\/p>\n
