\nProf. Dr. Amer Abdullah Al-Jumaili, a lecturer at the Mosul Studies Center, participated in the second conference of the Assyrian Cultural Center – the two-volume session of Mar Aphrem the Great (306 AD – 373 AD), (Saint Ephrem or Ephrem of Edessa or Ephrem of Nisibis). He presented his research entitled “Assyrian Linguistic Influences in Mosul Colloquial Proverbs.” The research was part of the activities of the first day of the conference – the first session. This conference included important and diverse research papers that addressed important aspects of the Assyrian language.<\/p>\n
