\nIn accordance with the directives of the University of Mosul, represented by its President, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and under the supervision of the Director of the Mosul Studies Center, Dr. Mohammed Nizar Al-Dabbagh, to encourage professors to attend scientific and cultural activities at the University of Mosul, Dr. Suhaib Hazem Al-Ghadhanfari, Head of the Department of Historical and Social Studies at the Center, along with Dr. Huda Yassin Yousef, Head of the Human Rights Committee at the Center (representing the Director of the Mosul Studies Center), attended part of the first day’s events of the First International Book Forum at the University of Mosul. The forum, organized by the University of Mosul in cooperation with the Booksellers Association and UNESCO, took place on Sunday, November 26, 2025, at the Scientific and Literary Forum and featured a series of events, lectures, and cultural activities.<\/p>\n
