Mosul Studies Center’s Second Participation in Global Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week<\/p>\n

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Nizar Al-Dabbagh, Director of the Mosul Studies Center, and in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning – Sustainable Development Unit and the Department of Science and Technology Parks\/University of Mosul, the Mosul Studies Center organized its second event within the Global Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week, which began at the University of Mosul on February 8th and lasted for five days. On Tuesday, February 10th, 2026, the center’s second event was a campaign to support the University of Tal Afar with books, periodicals, and scientific journals that serve the university’s colleges and departments. This initiative aimed to build bridges of cooperation between Iraqi universities in general and the universities of Nineveh Governorate in particular. More than 100 books were delivered under the direction of the center’s director, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Nizar Al-Dabbagh. Dr. Kamal Ashour Khader, a faculty member in the Department of Literary Studies and Documentation at the center, represented the center’s staff in supporting the University of Tal Afar with books and scientific publications. He was received by… Dr. Hussein Ahmed Abbad, Dean of the College of Education at the University of Tal Afar, along with Dr. Mohammed Ali Ismail Wais, Head of the Promotions Committee at the University of Tal Afar, are working to enhance the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goals 4, 9, and 17.<\/p>\n
