In the presence of Dr. Tahsein Muhsin Hussein, Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Mosul, and Dr. Rayan Ibrahim Khalil, Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, the master\u2019s thesis defense of student Rawnak Mohammed Jassim was held on the morning of Wednesday, August 27, 2025, in the discussion hall of the college. The thesis is entitled:<\/p>\n

\u201cA Study of the Relationship Between Learning Styles and Motivation with Academic Achievement Among Bachelor of Nursing Students.\u201d<\/p>\n

This study aims to evaluate the impact of work environment quality on the phenomenon of job burnout among nurses, within the framework of enhancing the quality of education and achieving Goal 4 of the Sustainable Development Goals (Quality Education).<\/p>\n

The examination committee consisted of:
\n\u2022 Prof. Dr. Anmar Burhan Saeed \u2013 Chair \/ College of Medicine \u2013 University of Mosul
\n\u2022 Asst. Prof. Dr. Rawnak Hassan Mohammed \u2013 Member \/ College of Nursing \u2013 University of Duhok
\n\u2022 Lecturer Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Sultan \u2013 Member \/ College of Nursing \u2013 University of Mosul
\n\u2022 Prof. Dr. Ridwan Hussein Ibrahim \u2013 Member and Supervisor \/ College of Nursing \u2013 University of Nineveh<\/p>\n

The session witnessed an in-depth scientific discussion, including valuable remarks and recommendations that enriched the thesis and enhanced its academic quality.<\/p>\n

At the conclusion of the defense, the committee decided to grant the student a Master\u2019s degree in Nursing Sciences, after making the required modifications.<\/p>\n
