Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Mosul, Dr. Tahseen Mohsen Hussein, the College welcomed a delegation from Al-Ibtikar Primary School for Girls on Sunday, October 25, 2026. The scientific visit aimed to introduce the pupils to the university environment, the humanitarian mission of the College, its role in preparing qualified nursing professionals, and its contribution to promoting health awareness.<\/p>\n

The visit included an introductory tour of the College\u2019s facilities and departments, accompanied by Dr. Louay Amjad, who introduced the delegation to the College, the nature of its academic programs, and the importance of the nursing profession in providing healthcare and serving the community. This visit contributes to developing the pupils\u2019 scientific and health awareness and encouraging them to pursue academic aspirations from an early stage of their education.<\/p>\n

At the conclusion of the visit, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Dr. Hanaa Hussein Mukhlaf, honored the school principal in recognition of her efforts in organizing the visit and strengthening cooperation between educational institutions.<\/p>\n

This visit aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education, by promoting scientific awareness and familiarizing pupils with the university environment, and Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, through raising health awareness and highlighting the importance of nursing in protecting individual health and enhancing community well-being.<\/p>\n
