Al-Thanoon directed the administrative and teaching staff to do whatever required to complete the final exams according to the letter of the Ministry of higher Education and Scientific Research dated 24 May 2020.A central committee haven formed according to direction to organize electronic examinations.The electronic examination platform edmodo had been chosen, helping to distribute questions in such a way as to ensure the smooth running of the examination, and controls were being studied electronically.In order to complete the work of the central electronic examinations committee, a schedule of workshops, training courses for boards of examiners and faculty members, this has been organized by academics with a specialization in information technology through a programme that ensures the participation of all staff and students, beginning with professors and postgraduate students and then the undergrads. Special training courses have also been organized for the examination committees to show how to apply the electronic examination in details. In her ongoing meetings with the faculty’s academics and administrative staff, the dean of the faculty stressed the need to encourage the students and encourage the success of this academic experiment by paying the utmost attention to the question of follow-up of students in terms of communication and training, overcoming any difficulties they might encounter and answering any questions they might have. The faculty has instructed the faculty to organize pilot examinations, the purpose of which is to train only.
