It is the authority responsible for organizing and overseeing the promotion process for faculty members as they advance through academic ranks (e.g., from Assistant Lecturer to Lecturer, or from Lecturer to Assistant Professor, and so on).<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Head of the Unit:<\/b> Asst. Lect. Salwa Salahuddin.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Objective:<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">The unit aims to ensure that promotion procedures are conducted with transparency and precision, in accordance with the regulations and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
