Today, Sunday, August 3, 2025, the Taekwondo training course concluded at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. The course was held under the supervision of a group of professors specializing in the sport, as part of the college’s summer activities program.
\nThe course aimed to develop the technical and physical skills of participants, provide them with basic and advanced knowledge in Taekwondo, and provide a training experience that combines theory and practical application.
\nThis course comes within the framework of the college’s efforts to promote individual and group sports activities, support students in honing their athletic talents, and raise their level of physical fitness and self-confidence. It also contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal (3): Good Health and Well-being, Goal (4): Quality Education, Goal (5): Gender Equality, Goal (17): Partnerships to Achieve the Goals.<\/p>\n
