The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences held a master’s thesis discussion on Thursday, August 21, 2025, on the relationship between heads of sports talent care departments and their employees and its role in reducing job burnout in Iraq.
\nThe thesis, presented by student Hasan Nashwan Ghanem, addressed the concept of relationships between heads and employees, as well as job burnout in the sports sector. It addressed an important segment of the population: employees in the Sports Talent Care Department. It provided a comprehensive explanation of the nature of the department’s work, as well as identifying statistics on the number of employees and the nature of their work to draw attention to this important segment of individuals.
\nThe thesis aimed to identify the level of relationships between heads of sports talent care departments, including their dimensions, from the employees’ perspectives, and the level of job burnout in the Sports Talent Care Department from the employees’ perspectives.
\nIt also aimed to identify the relationship and the percentage of contribution of the dimensions of relationships with the department head to employee burnout in sports talent care departments in Iraq. The discussion committee was headed by Professor Dr. Riyad Ahmed Ismail, with the membership of Professor Dr. Saud Abdul Mohsen Khalil and Assistant Professor Dr. Buthaina Hussein Ali, under the supervision and membership of Professor Dr. Adi Ghanem Al-Kawaz.<\/p>\n
