Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Kossay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmedy, the honorable President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Assistant Prof. Dr. Tariq Mohammed Tayeb Al-Qassar, the Dean of the College of Political Science, the College organized its eighth annual scientific conference titled “Umm Al-Rabiein in the Face of Climate Extremism” in collaboration with the Popular Aid Organization (PAO) and the Office of the Right Council of Representatives.<\/p>\n

The conference took place on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at the Umm Al-Rabiein Hall and covered various objectives and axes:<\/p>\n

Conference Axes:<\/p>\n

  1. The first axis focused on research and scientific and field studies to confront climate change in Nineveh.<\/li>\n
  2. The second axis explored the role of institutions and organizations in addressing climate change.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Conference Objectives:<\/p>\n
