The theme of the meeting was “Insulting the Quran: Intellectual Terrorism and International Crimes.” Dr. Al-Qassar presented a research paper titled “International Responsibility for Insulting Religions and Religious Symbols,” addressing important aspects within the framework of international law and treaties. The meeting witnessed significant attendance from the director of the Sunni Endowment in Nineveh and a large number of its members. It was marked by various interventions and discussions highlighting the importance of the topic.<\/p>\n
