Assistant Professor Dr. Tariq Mohammed Tayeb Zaher Al-Qassar participated in the defense of the master’s thesis titled “The Russian-Ukrainian Conflict and Its Impact on Iraqi National Security.” The defense took place on the morning of Thursday, January 4, 2024, at the National Defense College.<\/p>\n

The defense committee consisted of:<\/p>\n

  1. Prof. Dr. Sabah Sahib Al-Areid from the College of Political Science \/ University of Kufa (Chair).<\/li>\n
  2. Assistant Prof. Dr. Tariq Mohammed Taeyb from the College of Political Science \/ University of Mosul (Member).<\/li>\n
  3. Assistant Prof. Dr. Abdul Karim Kazem Ajeel from the Leadership Preparation Institute \/ General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers (Member).<\/li>\n
  4. Prof. Dr. Qasim Mohammed Obeid from the College of Political Science \/ University of Al-Nahrain (Member and Supervisor).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Major General Dr. Ali Hindawi Madihour, the dean of the National Defense College, awarded a certificate of appreciation to the dean of the College of Political Science \/ University of Mosul, recognizing his scientific efforts.<\/p>\n

    During the meeting, an agreement was reached to schedule the signing of a memorandum of understanding and cooperation between the College of Political Science and the National Defense College in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n
