On Tuesday, 8 October 2024, the thesis aimed to define various concepts related to diplomacy in general, while clarifying the concept of multi-track diplomacy, discussing its key principles, and exploring the mechanisms used in implementing a state\u2019s foreign policy. Additionally, the thesis examined the dialectical relationship between diplomacy and foreign policy and the significance of the Middle East in U.S. foreign policy.<\/h4>\n
