The College of Political Science at the University of Mosul attended and contributed to the success of the opening of the Iraqi University Scout Camp for both governmental and private universities, held on Thursday, 10 October 2024. The responsibility of managing the opening ceremony was entrusted to Mr. Hasan Younis Abdullah, Senior Engineer and Head of the Media and Government Communication Division, at the large university theater. Also present were the head of the scouting unit at the college, Assistant Lecturer Zainab Adel Mari, and Assistant Lecturer Hudaifa Fathallah Ali.<\/h4>\n

The camp was held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, in collaboration with the Nineveh Education Directorate, organized by the Department of Student Activities at the ministry for a duration of four days. The opening was attended by the university\u2019s scientific and administrative assistants, several deans of colleges, and other guests.<\/h4>\n
