The educational health seminar, held by Al-Quds Health Center at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, addressed the topics of smoking and drug use as two societal afflictions that harm public health. It also discussed effective methods to protect our youth and society at large from these serious dangers. The seminar took place on Tuesday, 5 November 2024.<\/h4>\n

The seminar, consisting of four lectures, aimed to shed light on the concept of smoking addiction, the resulting negative health impacts, and the factors that lead individuals to smoke. Additionally, it covered the dangers of drug use, along with the signs that may indicate a person is using drugs.<\/h4>\n

The seminar was attended by the college dean, several council members, faculty members, and a group of esteemed students.<\/h4>\n
