One of the key components of building a modern state is the existence of institutions and specific laws related to transparency, aimed at producing a fair democracy.<\/h4>\n<h4>The workshop was presented by <strong>Assistant Lecturer Dr. Ali Bashar Bakr<\/strong> and <strong>Assistant Lecturer Dr. Kawther Hassan Ghazi<\/strong>, and was attended by a group of undergraduate students and some college graduates.<\/h4>\n<h4>The event was held under the patronage of the Dean of the College and in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit.<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img
