\u00a0<\/strong>With gratitude to God, the awareness campaign on combating violence against women, launched by the Women’s Affairs Committee at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, concluded on Sunday, 8 December 2024. The campaign lasted approximately sixteen days, beginning in late November.<\/h4>\n

The campaign included the display of posters and advertisements, alongside the organization of eight scientific and educational workshops related to the subject. Additionally, an art exhibition was held as part of the campaign.<\/h4>\n

This initiative coincides with the international campaign to combat violence against women and girls, held annually from 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, to 10 December, Human Rights Day.<\/h4>\n

The campaign was conducted under the auspices of the university president, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, supervised by the college dean, and in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit.<\/h4>\n
