On Sunday, 22 December 2024, a Master\u2019s thesis was defended at the College of Political Science, Tikrit University, by the student Amer Raheem Sultan. The thesis committee included the participation of the Assistant Professor Tariq Mohammed Tayyib Thahir, Dean of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul.<\/h4>\n

The thesis addressed the topic of Japan’s policy towards Africa since 2003, with selected case studies. It highlighted that this policy represents a combination of developmental, economic, and humanitarian strategies aimed at enhancing Japan’s position as a reliable partner for African nations.<\/h4>\n

Following the defense, the committee’s decision was announced, approving the thesis and granting the student a Master\u2019s degree.<\/h4>\n
