The Council of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul concluded its fifth open meeting for the 2024\u20132025 academic year on Thursday, 2 January 2025.<\/h4>\n

The meeting discussed the results of the Iraqi classification for universities, colleges, and academic departments for the year 2024, during which the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul achieved third place. The council addressed key weaknesses and deficiencies and deliberated on suitable solutions and remedies. Additionally, several academic and administrative issues related to the college were discussed.<\/h4>\n

On the sidelines of the meeting, Assistant Professor Dr. Marwan Salem Ali, Head of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division, and Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Saif Al-Din, the representative for communication with international universities to obtain accreditation, were hosted.<\/h4>\n

The meeting was chaired by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Tariq Mohammed Tayeb Zahir, with the attendance of the Scientific and Administrative Assistants, Lecturer Dr. Khairallah Subhan Al-Jubouri and Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Yaseen, respectively. The council rapporteur, Assistant Professor Dr. Younis Moayad Younis, the representative of the Academics\u2019 Syndicate, Professor Dr. Adnan Hamid Khalaf, and the heads of departments were also in attendance.<\/h4>\n
