At the invitation of the Independent High Electoral Commission \/ Nineveh Office, and in cooperation with the Nineveh Provincial Council and the Tahrir Association for Development, the Dean of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Tareq Mohammed Tayeb Al-Qassar, along with the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Khairallah Sabhan Al-Jubouri, attended a specialized dialogue session to discuss the current election law and mechanisms for developing the electoral process. The session took place on Monday, 24 February 2025.<\/h4>\n

The session witnessed the participation of a distinguished group of academics, experts, and specialists in electoral affairs. Key challenges and necessary reforms were reviewed to ensure election transparency and enhance political participation.<\/h4>\n

This participation reflects the college\u2019s (and the university\u2019s overall) commitment to actively contributing to national discussions and promoting electoral awareness.<\/h4>\n
