His Excellency the Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Antiquities, Professor Dr. Ahmed Fakak Al-Badrani, and the Prime Minister’s Advisor, Professor Dr. Saad Salem Al-Sultan, paid a visit to the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul on Wednesday, 30 April 2025. They were received by the Dean of the College, members of the College Council, as well as a group of faculty and staff members.<\/h4>\n

At the beginning of the visit, both distinguished guests extended their congratulations to Assistant Professor Dr. Sohaib Khalid Jassim Al-Taie on the occasion of his appointment as Dean of the College. They then offered their valuable guidance, emphasizing the importance of the College assuming its true role in enlightening and promoting political awareness in accordance with the available administrative frameworks and regulations. They also expressed their readiness to support the College in implementing its academic, scientific, and cultural programs\u2014especially those that contribute to raising political awareness in society and enhancing the spirit of citizenship and belonging among students and staff alike.<\/h4>\n

In return, the College\u2019s administration expressed its deep appreciation for this significant visit, considering it a great moral support for the College’s academic journey and an important indicator of the need to strengthen communication between governmental and cultural institutions on the one hand, and educational institutions on the other, as well as activating their roles in building both the individual and society as a whole.<\/h4>\n
