Under the patronage and in the presence of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, along with several members of the University Council, the Department of Student Activities organized a central celebration to distribute awards to the top three colleges in student activities, which encompassed athletic, scouting, artistic, and volunteer work. The event was held on Monday, 12 May 2025.<\/h4>\n

The College of Political Science played a notable role in both the recognition and success of this ceremony. Dr. Omar Abdulaziz Al-Zaidi, Lecturer and Head of the Student Activities Division, was honored for leading the university\u2019s delegation to Basrah Province and participating in the Al-Noor Quranic Competition. Additionally, Senior Chief Engineer Hasan Younis Abdullah, Head of the Media and Government Communication Division, was responsible for presenting the segments of the ceremony (Master of Ceremonies).<\/h4>\n

The activities were organized throughout the 2024\u20132025 academic year, reflecting a spirit of positive competition and reinforcing the university\u2019s core values, thereby contributing to skill development and the cultivation of an active and creative student generation.<\/h4>\n
