It also analyzes the challenges confronting these policies and their effectiveness in meeting the needs of low-income groups, emphasizing the partnership between the state, private sector, and local communities in implementing housing plans within the Vision 2030 framework.<\/h4>\n<h4>The journal is recognized as one of the internationally peer-reviewed global periodicals, published in the United Kingdom and ranked within the first quartile (Q1) of the Scopus database. This publication continues and culminates the College\u2019s approach toward strengthening scientific research and broadening its international scope.<\/h4>\n<h4>Congratulations to the College for this diligent scientific achievement, serving our country, city, and university.
