Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and in the presence of the President of the University of Al-Hamdaniya, Professor Dr. Nashaat Mubarak Saliwa, and under the supervision and attendance of the Dean of the College of Political Science, the honoring ceremony for the top three graduates of both morning and evening programs for the academic year 2024\u20132025 was held on Thursday, 10 July 2025.<\/h4>\n

This event falls under the fourth goal of the Sustainable Development Goals: Quality Education.<\/h4>\n

The ceremony commenced with a welcoming speech by the Dean of the College, who also supervised the event. This was followed by a speech delivered on behalf of the graduates by the top-ranking student of both programs. Subsequently, the honoring proceedings took place, during which the outstanding graduates were recognized. We proudly mention their names as follows:<\/h4>\n
