In line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Goal 4 \u2013 Quality Education, Goal 16 \u2013 Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, and Goal 17 \u2013 Partnerships for the Goals, MP Khalid Sultan Hashem conducted a visit to the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul on Monday, August 4, 2025. He was received by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Sohaib Khalid Jasem Al-Taie.<\/h4>\n

The visit aimed to review the academic and administrative conditions of the college and to follow up on the essential needs for improving the university environment through strengthening the relationship between the legislative institution and academic institutions.
\nThe discussion emphasized the importance of higher education in building individuals, society, and the state\u2014particularly through the promotion of democratic values, the deepening of civic culture, and the vital role of the college and the university in supporting the requirements of sustainable development at the individual, societal, and institutional levels.<\/h4>\n
