In implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals \u2014 Goal 4: Quality Education, Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities, Goal 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, and Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals \u2014 the Scientific Assistant of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Khairallah Subhan Al-Jubouri, participated in the activities of the Fourth Nineveh Victims Forum, held on Thursday, 21 August 2025.<\/h4>\n

The forum aimed to commemorate the victims of terrorism and shed light on the stories of survivors and the devastation that befell Nineveh, leading to its path of reconstruction and recovery. Its sessions also focused on highlighting the potential of youth and their role in building the future, strengthening the values of justice, peace, and social coexistence, in addition to remembering the events of genocide and the resulting human suffering.<\/h4>\n

The forum was held under the slogan: \u201cWith the stories of its people and the energies of its youth, Nineveh heals the story of its recovery\u201d, on the occasion of the International Day of Remembrance of and Tribute to the Victims of Terrorism.<\/h4>\n
