In line with the Sustainable Development Goals, Goal 4: Quality Education, and Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals, the Phoenix Organization for Sustainable Development held the “Vision” Conference on the occasion of International Youth Day, on Monday, 25 August 2025. The conference witnessed a wide official attendance, led by the Governor of Nineveh, Counselor Abdulqader Al-Dakhil, in addition to distinguished youth participation.<\/h4>\n

On behalf of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul, the Scientific Associate Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Khairallah Sabhan Al-Jubouri, participated as a speaker.<\/h4>\n

The conference aimed to highlight the importance of empowering youth and supporting their creative energies, considering them the cornerstone of the process of reconstruction and development, while stressing the need to provide a suitable environment that enables them to innovate and actively participate in shaping the future of Nineveh.<\/h4>\n
