In line with the Sustainable Development Goals, Goal 4: Quality Education, and Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions; a university order was issued promoting Dr. Ziyad Sameer Zaki, Assistant Professor in the Public Policy Department at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, to the rank of Professor, on 14 September 2025.<\/h4>\n
